I'm interested in computing and learning with physical systems, in particular with optical or quantum systems. I'm currently working on learning with free-space optical systems in low-light noisy regimes. I obtained my bachelor's degree in physics at Peking University, where my research focused on light-matter interactions in mesoscopic photonic devices. In my spare time, I enjoy playing contract bridge, seriously and competitively, reading, and watching movies.
